Book Covers
Decorative cover — from €500
A cover built around decorative elements, symbolism and typography.
Illustrated front cover — from €700
A bespoke illustration for the front cover, with typography and a coordinated spine and back cover.
Illustrated wraparound cover — from €1,000
A bespoke illustration extending across the front, spine and back cover, with typography.
All cover packages include:
- Cover typography and placement of your supplied text.
- Print-ready files using your printer’s template.
- An ebook cover file.
- An exclusive commercial licence for the agreed book and its promotion.
Prices include one paperback or hardback format. Additional formats are quoted separately.
Ebook-only covers
The same artwork prices apply, as the illustration work remains the same.
Interior Illustrations
Guide prices for bespoke, full-colour illustrations:
Spot illustration or vignette — from €100
Half-page illustration — €300–€450
Full-page illustration — €500–€750
Double-page spread — €800–€1,200
Endpapers and sets of chapter ornaments — quoted individually
Quotes & Usage
Prices depend on the subject, level of detail and complexity. Particularly elaborate illustrations may exceed these ranges.
The scope, revisions and final price are agreed before work begins.
Copyright remains with Monique Vander Illustration. Merchandise and uses beyond the agreed book and its promotion require a separate agreement.
